Nice location near downtown, Coors Field, etc. Exterior is worn, room was updated and clean, staff was distracted but OK. Kind of noisy if your room is close to the east side, by the interstate.

The price was very reasonable for location. The bed was comfortable. The staff especially the manager were excellent. They did share the motel had been closed for sometime so grace given as work in progress. I would stay again and likely will.
